Went in to grab a cake for my birthday and there wasn’t any decorated in the display, so the kind gentleman working went and customized and decorated a cake for us on the spot! Very friendly and personable staff working there now! He made us a beautiful cake also!

I’d love to give a huge shout-out to Mike at DQ Grimsby! He provided truly outstanding service. My daughter and I came in for smoothies and had a special request, and Mike went above and beyond to make it happen. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, and his positive attitude and warm smile made the experience even better. It’s rare to receive service this thoughtful and genuine. Kudos to Mike for making our visit so memorable!

The customer service is top notch. The recommendation by the staff especially Mike are on point. I just ask Mike to make my order as he wishes and he delivers everytime. They also have all the flavours imaginable with the DQ franchise. If you are going to a DQ, make sure you go to this one.
