Wow, thank goodness you protected and taped the bag with spoons. Maybe think about securing the lids. Seriously. Some dude just left this on my porch and I’m supposed to think that it’s safe to eat ???????? 🤢

I LOVE THIS DQ!!! Great staff and amazing-TASTING food. The only complaint I have is that the thickness of the Blizzards seem to have changed, and the Blizzards seem thinner as opposed to being advertised as being so thick the ice cream doesn't fall out of the cup. However they still taste delicious! I always get my mobile orders on time, as well as my in-store orders. Keep up the work!

It was my husband’s birthday and of course he wants a Dairy Queen cake and the one closest to us has closed recently so I will need to drive across town. So I make my way to the store, enter and to my surprise, I am told the store is not even opened yet as I am inside the store. As you can imagine, I was truly disappointed to find out they couldn’t help me as they weren’t open. I figured I’d have to drive all the way back across town once they opened. When the gentleman behind the counter politely asked what I was here for? I explained I needed a birthday cake. And the gentleman told me it would be no problem. I then informed him I would need the writing on it. He said that would also be no problem. I was served and on my way in Minutes. Ty ty ty! I didn’t want to have to drive back and yet they didn’t have to serve me. I am very appreciative and will be back for all ice cream related needs. The cake was also delicious.

Still my favorite st. Catharines and the only one you should go to. The service is just incredible. Great staff, and well cant go wrong with ice cream. Thank you again for being there when I need it !!!!

My husband and I went to this location and it was absolutely filthy. Their prep table, work station, floors, seats, tables were all extremely dirty. There were about 4 people staffed and none of them were doing anything, only sitting down and hanging out. How is this okay? Customer service was not good either. If this is what it looks like at the front, I cannot imagine what's behind closed doors. Never coming back to this location again.
