Wow I sure got taken advantage of. Waited 6 months finally called CRA who verified paper work was not even sent in :( the accountant was paid to do this :( it took her around 5 months to get back to my calls and emails and her response was BS. Awful and disappointing experience.

Have had my taxes done for the last few years and has been exceptional! Always professional and answers emails quickly. Would highly recommend her.

Never been so screwed over by 1person in my life. Chased Dolly for 4 mnths. She told me when I picked up my taxes I was getting 2000.00 to 2500.00 back. Waited and waited recieved 8 letters from CRA saying they were taking my money for GST/climate and all the others for 3 yrs to pay off my debt for cerb. Which Dolly told me that it was all taken care of. BS!! Paid Dolly 150.00 for doing my taxes for 3 yrs. She has had all my paperwork for 3 weeks . My friend went to get my papers back never have met or seen her and she gave all my papers to him without my permission. I have given her many wks to fix all this and nothing. I am calling the Bbb and reporting her to the Government CRA.. Enough is enough! Elizabeth Little
