Would Not Recommend (Unless You Enjoy Being Chased by Robots) I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Cyberdyne Systems, and I have to say their commitment to innovation is… terrifyingly impressive. I went in expecting a normal tech company. Instead, I left wondering if my toaster is secretly reporting my breakfast habits to a future AI overlord. First off, their customer service is extremely efficient. Almost too efficient. One employee stared at me for 17 seconds without blinking and said, “Your request has been logged.” I’m still not sure if he was human or just an early prototype. The products are cutting-edge. Maybe a little too cutting-edge. One demo unit introduced itself as a “prototype autonomous security platform.” I’m pretty sure it whispered something about “target acquired” when I asked where the bathroom was. Also, a friendly tip: if a large Austrian-sounding guy wearing sunglasses walks in and asks for your clothes, your boots, and your motorcycle… just give them to him. Trust me. Overall experience: - Innovation: 10/10 - Ethical restraint: ??? - Probability of accidentally creating Skynet: concerning Would I return? Absolutely not. But if a time-travelling Terminator shows up asking about Cyberdyne, I was never here.

We just had our operating system upgraded to Windows 11 by Cyberdyne Systems. We have been going there for years. They are so trustworthy. Thank you to Christian for your excellent help cleaning up and upgrading our computer.

These guys are wonderful. They gave life nsck to my laptop when all others repair shops have written it off. Just a simple diagnosis, the issue was fixed and my system is still running well till date without zero issues....

Cyberdyne did a great job building a custom PC for me. They're honest and had good recommendations for hardware. I brought them some parts, they set it all up and had it back to me sooner then expected. Good people, great service.

**Update** Upfront pricing, yes! Customer service was good ! The majority of the people there are friendly. The issue is more so the person who actually worked on the phone because it was not fixed correctly. Approx 2 months after they fixed the issue the phone the screen went dark. It had no cracks or breaks. I didn't even drop it. Visually, it looked perfect when I was away, i took it into another cell phone repair company that told me that my phone was held together by double-sided tape and not sealed properly. That was upsetting to here, but now I know I won't be returning in the future. Cell phones are expensive, so if you can't do it properly, then just don't do it.
