We had a great experience tonight at Cured Tapas! We were two couples who tried various signature cocktails, tapas and a charcuterie board. Everything tasted great and was beautifully presented. We actually liked the arancini rice balls so much that we ordered another round. Our server, Noah, was an absolute delight. He made excellent recommendations and was lovely to talk to. We look forward to returning again soon!
View on GoogleMy husband and I have been coming to Cured for years and it’s been “our place” ever since. We hosted my husband’s 40th (with 30+ guests), celebrated milestones, and had many date nights. Cured never disappoints. The service is bar none, the food is incredible, and you’ll have a hard time finding a cocktail that compares. How they organize their menu is a bit different than other restaurants, which provides for a really interesting and fun night out. I can’t recommend it enough!
View on GoogleWe visited Cured Tapas & Cocktails as a group of eight for dinner and drinks, and the overall experience was enjoyable, though a few dishes missed the mark. Drinks: The cocktails were beautifully crafted, unique, and full of flavour — clearly a highlight of the evening. Each one was thoughtfully presented and well balanced. The creativity behind the bar deserves full marks. Tapas: My wife and I ordered the French Onion Soup and the Italian Rice Balls (Arancini). The French Onion Soup looked fantastic with its golden-baked pastry top — a picture-perfect presentation. However, once broken into, the broth was unfortunately quite bland and watery, lacking the deep, savoury richness and caramelized onion sweetness you’d expect from a proper French Onion Soup. The Arancini were also underwhelming. They appeared undercooked and pale, with little crispness or colour from the fryer. The interior lacked seasoning and character — missing that cheesy, savoury depth and satisfying crunch you’d expect from authentic Italian arancini. Overall, both tapas dishes looked good but fell short in flavour. Charcuterie: The charcuterie board, on the other hand, was well presented and delicious, featuring a generous mix of meats, cheeses, fruits, and spreads. Everything paired beautifully and showed attention to quality. My only note — one side of the table received their board about 10–15 minutes before the other, which created an awkward wait. Ideally, both boards should have been served simultaneously to maintain the flow of the meal. Dessert: We finished with the Italian Tiramisu and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie. The tiramisu was good, traditional, and satisfying — though not particularly memorable. The peanut butter pie, however, was exceptional. Rich, creamy, and indulgent — I’d absolutely order that again. Atmosphere & Service: The space itself is cozy, warm, and inviting, with a modern yet comfortable feel. The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and professional — they really helped elevate the overall experience. Despite being located in a small strip mall, once you’re inside, you completely forget that fact. There’s also plenty of parking and easy access. Overall: Cured Tapas & Cocktails has great potential — a beautiful atmosphere, creative drinks, and friendly service. If the kitchen can bring more flavour and consistency to the tapas menu, it could easily become one of Fonthill’s standout dining spots.
View on GoogleI love this place!! Came back for the first time since the new ownership, and was extremely pleased. The cocktails here are always impressive! We enjoyed three different peach cocktails: the Peachy Keen, Peach Mojito, and Peach Bellini. All were awesome! Cant go wrong with customizable charcuterie, and our board was nothing short of stellar (it was also a 7 item board). The team puts real care into making the board beautiful, and our server, Noah, was very knowledgeable when making recommendations for our board. We also tried the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer, and the peanut butter pie for dessert. Both were awesome. Tasteful changes to the decor, including a gorgeous mural, but kept the iconic bathroom selfie stations 😍
View on GoogleLove having a place to have delicious cocktails with shareable foods. Place has a super cool atmosphere, great owners and awesome service! Working my way through the menu. So far love the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, Tiffany and Co. , Charcuterie and dumplings!
