CSN Simmons

CSN Simmons provide very fast and efficient service. Staff was wonderful and they kept me in the loop on the status of the repair. Highly recommend for all Autobody repairs.

From what I read in the reviews they were excellent to deal with their work looks amazing. It was my first accident. I brought my car in to be repaired but their Customer service is lacking. I brought my car in and they told me it would be ready in 3 weeks. ok that's fine. So I called them on the date they indicated and it wasn't ready. No one called me back to inform me it was going to be delayed. The lady at the reception was quite surprised no one had contacted me. Then they gave me another date. so I called on that date to see if the car was ready. and it wasn't. now they have pushed it to another date and didn't bother to contact me to let me know I had to call them. I'm just getting a bit frustrated at the length of time it's taken to get this done as well as the fact that NO one has bothered to keep me updated on this progress. I bit disappointed in that but we'll see what kind of work they do when the car does get back to me. In hopes they can prove to live up to their expectation with the amount of satisfied customers. That is my only complaint as far as the seamless transition of dealing with the insurance company and having my rental arranged for me they did a great job.

disappointed, car was to ready on a Tuesday. I waited until Thursday to phone! would had been nice to phone me to let me know that the car wasn't and why. Thursday call resulted in maybe Friday. Then Friday turns into Monday and Monday turns into Tuesday. repair looks okay but it's winter and too cold to look all over. Detailing could have been better.

I was very happy with the service and pricing I received on my Sorento front render dent repair. Nathan and Lisa were both very helpful and the work was well done in a timely manner.

I had great service as soon as I walked through the door. Specially coming in almost at closing time. The guys did absolutely amazing work. Very thorough and honest. Highly recommend. Been dealing with CSN SIMMONS before CSN came on board. Great crew.
