We used the catering service following my dad's funeral and everything was great. The food and service was top notch and felt very personal with almost all contact being with chef George himself. The delivery was on time and everything was kept warm enough that it was like coming straight out of the oven. Everyone loved the food and the prices were more than fair. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Thanks chef George for make our hard day a little bit easier.

Chef George and his team catered our Christmas dinner, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better food. From the very beginning, he helped us plan a dinner for 12 people, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions on what would work best. On Christmas Day, he arrived with everything prepared, set it all up seamlessly, and was professional and efficient throughout. The food was absolutely incredible! Everything was full of flavour, and you can genuinely tell how passionate and talented he is as a chef. If there was more than a 5 star rating I would give Crystal Beach Catering more! Chef George prepared my daughter’s Christmas dinner and it was fantastic. I don’t usually eat stuffing but I had 2 helpings. The turkey was tender and moist and there was a large selection of veggies. We also had a charcuterie board start. Chef George was punctual, friendly and if I lived in Fort Erie I would use him for all of my events.
