Crust N Cream Pizza & Icecream

Zero stars if that were an option. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable food handling practices. I watched an employee touch phone, handle money and then immediately handle pizza dough with bare hands. There was no hand washing, no gloves, nothing. Those same dirty hands went straight into the cheese bin and were used to add toppings. This is a serious health and sanitation issue. Basic food safety standards were completely ignored. I will never return and will be reporting this.

First time ordering from Crust N Cream yesterday. We had 3 Lg pizzas 3 topping each, they dont skimp on their toppings. Plus, they were out of the one topping and called and asked if there was a different one wanted. Chicken wings were good, poutines were a hit! Will definately be ordering from here again. Leftovers were even better the next day. :)

This is my 2nd order. Today I got two lbs of wings and Tandoor Piczza...they are mind blowing. This is the best Pizza place in St.Catharines; a hidden gem for chicken wings beside Service Ontario and Giant Tiger. I really recommend trying the Tandoori chicken pizza. Happy New Year-2026

Amazing staff and service. Lighting service and belt-oven baked pizza. Panzarotti are huge. Ice cream is wonderful. Very creamy. Great prices all around. Clean facility. No WiFi. No dine in option. Plenty of free parking. Daily specials available. Keep an eye out for other promotions.

The first time I went in for a slice but they didn’t appeal to me so he offered to make me a personal pizza for the price of the slice and pop. I got the Canadian and it ended up being so good, and I had a nice conversation with the manager while he made my pizza. I just went in again 4months later from the first time and he remembered me. I got a personal sized Hawaiian this time and he gave a scoop of cherry cheesecake and banana cream pie ice cream. So now I also know the ice cream is tasty too. I’ll definitely be back and I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
