The two men who delivered my chair today were extremely courteous, friendly, professional and respectful of my home as they carried the chair up stairs with two landings. They set the chair up and made sure I was comfortable with the placement. The one gentleman provided teaching regarding the chair mechanisms. The demonstrated that they cared I was happy with the interactions and actions. Thank you.

We recently purchased a custom couch from Critelli's Furniture and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional, this is a beautiful piece that we know will last for years to come. Carol Blackburn, the in-house interior designer, was fantastic throughout the process. After finally deciding to replace our old couch, she was incredibly patient as we worked through fabric selections, even sending samples to our home in Toronto since they're based in St. Catharines. The fabric she recommended was perfect, and we couldn't be happier with the quality and how soft it is and bonus it's also super durable! Her expertise and attentiveness made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel straightforward and enjoyable. The delivery team was equally impressive. They arrived with the couch in three boxes, assembled everything efficiently, and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Professional, careful, and quick. We are experiencing several issues with the Hancock and Moore sofa purchased from Critelli. Joe Critelli responded to our concerns by sending Caprice and Shack to assess the problems. Both individuals are very polite, very friendly and very professional, very good representatives for Critelli. Caprice was determined and worked diligently to eliminate the squeaking sound made by the sofa. Pictures were taken so that a solution can be found to solve the fading on the arm rest and the holes caused by the reclining mechanism. I have confidence that Joe and his team will do their best to address these issues.

We just received 2 gorgeous Stressless recliners we ordered from Critelli's. The 2 gentlemen who delivered them ,Caprice and Shak, were very courteous, professional, thoughtful, considerate and efficient.
