I give Critelli one star only because I must. I have never paid so much for a piece of furniture and been so disappointed. I purchased a Hancock and Moore sofa from Critelli in February 2023. The retail value of the leather sofa was $20 000. In January of 2025, I noticed wear on the arms and holes in the underside of the cushions. The sofa is drying out so that when you get off the sofa there is has a loud creaking sound. I contacted Criitelli on January 12, 2025 to inform them of the problems that I was experiencing. I was in constant contact with Robert trying to have my issues resolved. Today, October 30, I was informed there was nothing that could be done to solve these issues. As I stated before, I have never paid so much for a piece of furniture and been so disappointed.

Lisa at Critelli’s was fantastic to work with. She listened to what my wants were and delivered on everything! From sales to products to delivery team they were fabulous!

Was well worth the drive to Critelli’s Modern Furniture! We were looking for a kitchen table and chairs for our new kitchen. Lisa was our design associate and she was a pleasure to work with! She was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me to choose the colour for both the table and the chairs. I was told that I could take some colour samples home, and then decide. This was very helpful and Lisa put me at ease! Everything coordinated beautifully together! It took a few weeks for the order to arrive, but it was well worth the wait! The delivery team , who gave the white glove service, were excellent!! Our tempered glass tabletop was carefully assembled , then the chairs were gently placed around the table. Our new table and chairs look amazing in our new kitchen! I’m very happy we chose Critelli’s Modern Furniture!

We can’t say enough about the incredible service we received. Lisa Vlajkov was our sales rep and she was extremely helpful and patient with us. She helped us make our decisions by providing us with all the answers to questions we had and should have had. We also had the opportunity to meet with Julia Critelli and she was extremely helpful as well. The delivery men were so respectful and careful and right on time. Every step of the process was made effortless by the great team at Critelli’s! And they carry a wide variety of fabulous well made furniture. Thank you all from Stephanie and Dan. We love our new furniture!!
