Creek View Dental

Creek view has been an amazing dental office for me. I moved away from home for university and they took me on as a new patient no problem. The hygienists are always super friendly and Dr. McNamee is very personable with his patients. He always remembers the small details about me and explains everything so I understand what’s going on. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Awesome Staff. Awesome Dentist. Awesome all around. Comfortable and clean waiting room. Kids have an activity area. TV to keep you entertained. Free toothbrush and floss at the end of each visit. Some goodies for kids. Building is easily accessible for anyone. Free WiFi. Parking lot is a little tight.

I recently switched to Creekview Dental not too long ago because my previous dentist wanted to send me to a specialist for a root canal. Creekview had a look at my x-rays and determined it was a simple procedure and they could do it no problem. I felt at ease the moment I walked into the office. Kylee and Kezia at the desk greeted me with welcoming smiles.The dental assistant, Nicole, took me back to the chair and asked all the necessary questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Jay is literally the best dentist I have ever been to. He is professional, personable and engaging. He too made sure I was comfortable throughout, gave me the extra freezing I told him I'd likely need, and kept me informed while he worked. I really appreciated him and Nicole explaining what was going to happen before they started, as well as what had been done when they were finished. It was nice to know what went on and be able to understand it. Also, they listen to great music in the office :)

We have been going here about 3 years, and although the hygienist and dentist were always professional and respectful, one female receptionist has been very snarky with me on two occasions. Recently I took my son for a cleaning but later found out that they also billed us for an examination by the dentist. I asked her why I wasn't asked for permission to conduct an examination and her answer was "you should have told us that you want us to ask you for permission". I explained that since I only scheduled a cleaning, why would they proceed with an examination (which of course is more $), without first asking. She kept insisting that I should have told them to ask me for permission. Beware that you may get services you don't ask for, and then get billed for the unrequested service.

Before and after of my Invisalign and implant treatment. Jason and the staff at creek view dental are hands down the best dental office I have been too. I saw Jason about 2 years ago for a consultation, then I started my 16 month Invisalign treatment. Rachelle took care of all my ortho maintenance appointments and was super informative throughout the whole process. My case was not easy and required a few custom made changes because I didn’t have a front tooth. I had a severe overbite and gaps between my teeth. Now that everything is all wrapped up I can smile with confidence. Thank you Creekview Dental!
