Steven was fantastic! He came out to the Ukrainian Black Sea Hall and carefully removed the exterior sign for us, allowing us to preserve it as a keepsake before demolition began. The whole process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. Thank you, Steven!

Update: I am updating my initial 1-star review to reflect the fact that the owner Steve did finally reach out and explain what happened during the the quoting and installation of our signs. This lack of communication had led to several misunderstandings - everything from what we expected our signs to look like, to the timing of the installation, to mistakes being made during installation, and what the remedies were going to be. Costs of the mistakes were borne by SignWorks - as one would expect - so I assume there were some lessons learned or reinforced. Therefore, once this was all explained post-facto, it made relative sense, and while one of the signs is below my expectations, at least I now understand why. To summarize, the printing and workmanship appear to be of good quality and I will presume that we were an exception rather than the rule when it comes to customer experiences. Nevertheless, the process would have been much smoother, quicker and happier with better communication. KM
