Don't let the modest plaza storefront fool you—Cracker Jack’s Bar & Grill opens up into a surprisingly spacious and sleek interior. Between the polished atmosphere, attentive staff, and an impressive menu, it’s a total hidden gem. If you’re hungry, the nacho plate is massive and definitely a highlight.

We hosted our baby shower here and overall had a great experience. We loved having a separate area for our guests… It made everything feel more special and intimate. The food was delicious and everyone had a really nice time ☺️ The only downside was the service. Our server was very kind, but not very attentive. During the three-hour event, I had to ask a few times for help clearing the tables, as guests had finished eating and plates were left sitting there. It made things a little uncomfortable. That said, she was very sweet… It may have just been a staffing issue. Overall, we still had a wonderful time celebrating such a special day here. 🩵

I came to check this place out because I’d heard about their $.75 chicken wings on Mondays. The wings were absolutely top-notch. Hot, fresh, and on point flavors! The service was great too, we will definitely be back!

Right out of Thorold, this bar caters to the local people, and then some. We went for a late night meal and was served good food, but not great. The buffalo chicken poutine was great. It tasted amazing, a bit too much gravy which made the fries soggy, but nothing to complain about. However, the partition sizes seemed off and was smaller than expected. My partner had the chicken fingers and was blown away by how good they were. The chicken just melted away once bitten into, and the crust was outstanding. The sweet potatoes fries mirrors their chicken counterpart where it was crispy on the outside, but fluffy sweet potato on the inside. Great meal all around, but could be better.

Food was fantastic! Service was extremely slow at 10pm with only a few of us total. Menu smelt strong of urine. We ordered the Wontons as an appetizer to share. I ordered the Nashville fried chicken sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the steak sandwich as our entrees. The food came out hot, tasted fresh and the portions were great! We left with leftovers.
