I have been having trouble with getting a good seal with my mask. I have a BiPAP which requires a full face mask. I had booked an appointment to get some help as my mask was leaking air and disturbing my wife’s sleep. The staff were knowledgeable and recommended a different style that fits the shape of my head better giving me a better seal without having the straps so tight that they leave marks on my face in the morning. View on GoogleAbsolutely thrilled to finally have my CPAP device! I’m almost a week into using it, and have already seen some benefits. The staff at One-Stop Medicial Inc. (Niagara Falls, ON) are very thorough and knowledgeable — with some of them being CPAP users themselves & having firsthand knowledge of the equipment they’re selling. Even though I come from a healthcare background, I was able to ask questions and feel comfortable. They’re extremely thorough in making sure you’re setup for success from Night 1; I’m grateful that my setup appointment wasn’t rushed or time-sensitive — the staff ensured I was able to demonstrate setting up my machine for bedtime, and made sure my mask fit correctly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 out of 5 is because they were unable to bill my private insurance (CanadaLife) directly for the initial machine and setup. HOWEVER, this is not necessarily a fault of One-Stop Medical, but I believe it might be an issue on the end of CanadaLife (I believe One-Stop CAN directly bill ManuLife & Greenshield - but check with them first). I’m also grateful that during my orientation appointment that I was able to fill out my insurance paperwork for future direct billing for supply renewal, etc.

They helped me choose the right CPAP equipment without any pressure. Service was smooth, pricing transparent, and follow-up support was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable CPAP care and service.

From the very first call to picking up my CPAP, I have been thoroughly pleased with the amazing service they provide. Shannon was awesome how she explained everything to me!!! A huge shoutout to Jordana and Cheryl for being so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this company!!!!
