Small town hardware store little bit of everything good customer service.

Not impressed. I went into the store looking for a part for a shovel and I was told that the person who could look up the part number and order it was not in. I was handed a piece of paper to write down my contact information and the information for the part I needed. I was told the person would get back to me the next day. It's been a few days now and nothing. I thought it was strange the cashier folded the sheet of paper I gave back to him into a small square, no doubt the piece of paper back was tossed into the waste basket. This was my last visit to this store, it's a shame as it is so close by and I wanted to make it my goto store being new to the area.

Find that they do not have the items in stock in the ad. Was much better 15years ago. Staff are very friendly but stock is not there.

Staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Plumbing section is well stocked has some hard to find pieces.

Best lumber prices in the region. Free delivery. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. What else you need?
