Couture Parfums

In the last month, I’ve been to Couture Perfumes three times, and each visit has been absolutely wonderful. It’s so refreshing to shop somewhere where you’re not being rushed or pressured into buying anything. My most recent visit this evening with Joanne was a perfect example. She was incredibly patient with my husband and me during our very long sniffing session 😂. We talked about niche fragrances, their dupes, and just how similar some of them can be- it was such an enjoyable experience. There is truly a difference with the ladies who work here. You can tell they aren’t there just for the money-they’re genuinely passionate about fragrances. When people love what they do, it shows, and they go above and beyond. That’s something I really appreciate every time I visit. Keep up the amazing work

Just had another visit to this store. Janice always greets me with a smile. The professionalism and customer service along with the product quality, exceeds my expectations every time! Worth the drive.

Tracy made my cologne experience amazing, she took good care of me and my brother. Her knowledge on perfume was phenomenal. I will be buying all my cologne from her and will send many referrals her way :) Really professional and makes the customer feel appreciated.

I’ve visited this store many times before, but today at around 8:40 p.m., I had a really disappointing experience. There was a woman with glasses, not very tall, who seemed to be preparing for closing. When we politely asked her to show us a fragrance, she responded very rudely. Her facial expressions clearly showed she didn’t want to help. I think she was high on cannabis or something. I even asked if something was wrong, and she said, “Yes, I was about to close, and I’m not really interested in selling anything right now.” We were shocked by her unprofessional attitude — it was completely unexpected and unacceptable. We actually knew what we wanted to purchase, but because of her rude behavior, we decided to leave without buying anything. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at this store. Not deserving the one star even.

I have been to this store tons of time but TODAY, I went in the store at 8:40pm. There was a lady with specs and not too tall. She was preparing for the closing. We asked her to show us one of the fragrance and she was so rude. Her facial expressions shows that she didn’t want to serve us. I asked her, is there any problem or bothering you? Then she replied, “Yes, I was about to close and I’m not really interested to sell anything right now.” We got stuck for a moment because this was not at all expected and not acceptable at all. We knew what we want to buy but because of her such a weird attitude and behaviour we left empty handed. WORST LADY I HAVE EVER MET AND WORST EXPERIENCE AS WELL.
