Recently renovated so most things were clean. AC was not very strong though. If you’re like me and don’t trust to drink tap water, note that they don’t have complimentary water in their rooms, and there also is no water foundation / water refill station. They also don’t have room slippers, so bring your own! Jacuzzi was good. Shower was a bit tight.
View on GoogleVery clean room.Customer services is excellent! Price wise, I guess that is the rate now in year 2026. I would go back the next time i am staying in Niagra Falls. There are many restaurants and bars around the hotel. You would never go hungry. For the cleanest and space wise I would give this hotel 4 stars
View on Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout. The staff were professional, welcoming, and provided great service from check-in to check-out. I regularly choose Marriott properties because of their consistent standards, and this location certainly met expectations. Another big advantage is the plenty of convenient parking available, which made the stay even more hassle-free. Great experience overall — I will definitely stay here again.
View on GoogleUnusual start to my stay, lobby door is locked and had to call to get in! Staff not overly friendly or helpful. $28 for parking is excessive. Room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Wifi and bed were good. Heating not working properly. Walkable location but in the cold weather not ideal. Marriott app not working for this reservation.
View on GoogleMinor cleanliness and maintenance issues aside (a few hairs left over in the room's Jacuzzi tub, some grout that needs scrubbing, and an out of order elevator), this is a reasonable hotel option for folks visiting Niagara Falls. It's also technically walking distance to the Falls, though it's not a short hike. It was substantially cheaper than other Marriott options, though it doesn't come with a view of the Falls like some of the others, and the overall room quality is a bit lower. Although I've certainly seen worse-maintained hotels, the hotel has seen better days. The rooms all had numbers taped to the doors instead of actual room number signs, which is a bit sketchy. That said, some of the rooms seem to have been recently renovated, and it made the stay much more comfortable. The bed in particular was great, as was the Jacuzzi tub (not available in every room, sadly). Front desk staff was professional and helpful. There were some weirdos outside the hotel hollering at around midnight, but I figure that is just part of staying in the touristy areas of the town, particularly given the large number of bars (ex. Hooters) in the immediate vicinity. Just lock your car, don't leave any valuables in it, and keep your head on a swivel and you'll probably be fine. Overall, not bad for $120 USD (off season, obviously). Wish it came with free breakfast or something, but it's fine for the price point, especially since I can just as easily manage with some coffee and an apple fritter from Tim Hortons.
