Seasons' greetings. Based on my previous experience with other pharmacies, Court street pharmacy is the "bestest"! The staff is highly professional, friendly, and committed to patients' satisfaction. The service they provide is prompt and aimed at pleasing patients. Moreover, the pharmacist on duty, Dr Samy, made sure that I was happy with the service. Bravo, Court Street pharmacy for raising the bar to the pinnacle of excellence.

I purposely come from Welland once a month to see the doctor, receptionist and pharmacist. They are genuine, helpful people and very efficient. 5 star care. Thank-you all.

The lady pharmacist with curly hair is very unprofessional, rude, never explains about the medication and often shows bad attitude. My mom take a heavy medication and she’s going to this pharmacy for 15 years. Because this Pharmacy is in the same building as my family doctor I also tend to go to this pharmacy whenever I have a prescription medicine. I have to take a medication for pain relief, and went to her, she and her assistant said it’s not covered by my work insurance. I knew that between me and my wife’s insurance it will be Covered hundred percent. I politely ask to check again. This time She checked with the correct policy number and said it’s covered only partial. I asked her to return the prescription so that I can go to the other pharmacy. She is visibly very upset and Showed rudeness. I went to a different pharmacy and the medication is Fully covered by my insurance. If not, for the other Male pharmacist who is generally good I would have switched my parents Medications to other pharmacies too. I have also attend the picture of the medication Which is actually fully covered by my insurance When I take it from other pharmacy.
