I’ve been coming to County Cycle Bike Boutique since 2012 - there’s no better shop around. The staff here are incredible — friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I’ve bought and serviced all y family and my bikes here, the service has always been outstanding. What really sets County Cycle apart is how much they care — not just about their customers, but about the local cycling community too. They’re always ready to help resolve any issue quickly and go above and beyond to make sure everything’s right. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and take pride in supporting local riders. It’s rare to find a shop that feels this personal and connected. County Cycle has earned my loyalty for life!

I can't say enough great things about County Cycle! Adam was absolutely fantastic to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my parents got exactly what they wanted! They recently purchased two E-Bikes from County and I cant say enough good things about this place! If you're needing any cycling needs, County Cycle is hands down the place to go! Highly Recommend

I bought my 2025 Norco Fluid FSA2 at this shop in April of this year. (2025) I just wanted to leave a glowing review of the service I have been receiving at County Cycle. A+ customer service. I usually always work on my own bike but recently I could not figure out where this annoying creaking in my frame was coming from so I brought it to the shop. Adam took care of it. Found the issue that same day and it was a quick fix. Most importantly to me, they took the time to what looked like to me, polish the bike, and perform the 3 month quick tune that's included with the bike sales while they had it there. I also noticed they removed the glue residue on the downtube I left on there after removing one of the Norco stickers. I take very good care of my bike because we ride a lot and I want it to last. Im pretty meticulous when it comes to maintenance so I can appreciate the little touches they performed without being asked. Thanks again County Cycle, Nik, Adam and Brittany. Your dedication to customer service and professionalism is appreciated.

Recently, I had the most enjoyable experience buying a bike and rack. The whole gang at County Cycle Nik, Britt, Adam, and others are very knowledgeable and very patient with clients. We needed bike and rack for an event, and everyone jumped through hoops to get it ready for us. These guys are passionate about bikes and about meeting all your biking wishes in a fun way. We can't recommend this store enough!! I LOVE MY NEW WHEELS!!

Epic bike shop with really helpful staff! I love that they are local!! They just set me up with this sweet new set of wheels! 10/10. Edit: Just keeps getting better, really great shop :) Edit #2: Got another bike from this shop, same great product and service!
