Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls, ON

Stayed here recently for one night with my sister. Amanda at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was good and the location was walkable to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. The hospitality and staff were great. Big breakfast every day Eggs, sausage, toasted bread with butter, jam, pancakes with Ontario’s Maple syrup. . Large breakfast area. Rooms were very clean. We have use the pool for a couple of times. They provide the information where we can eat out at very reasonable prices. I would love to stay again when going to Niagara Falls. Just give it a try.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a great experience at this hotel! We booked it for one night, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the services were excellent, and the room was super clean. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with good variety. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Spent two nights at this hotel for the first time. Check in, check out and customer services are excellent. Breakfast was included in the package and is good and fresh. 24 hour free coffee and tea is also plus point. Hotel was clean but dated. We booked family suite on the third floor. Not that spacious but ok. Main queen beds were frankly not comfortable at all and every morning gave a pain in the body. Sofa bed was rather harmful and destructive to the body and even kid feel pumping out coils. We had to put many extra sheets to work on the sofa bed but still total failure. No facility of bell boy to take your luggage in and out of the room. Hotel needs to be upgraded for better and comfortable stay no matter if they increase their room rate by $10-15 per night. Location is above average but not excellent. Ample parking facility available. WiFi is average. For basic stay without family I would recommend this hotel but not with the suite and sofa bed option.

Big rooms, with very comfy beds. Showers are great, hot and powerful. Sofa bed pullout isn’t great, you can feel the coils - but at least the option is available. Very helpful, kind and accommodating staff. Breakfast has everything - eggs, sausages, cereals, bagels, waffles… and the quality is excellent. Location is under 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and across the street from the Waterpark. There’s even a small pool and a gym if you need it. We travelled with kids, and couldn’t be happier - the cookies are a really nice touch. We will be back! Thank you! Definitely worth the money and highly recommended (we are very picky)
