Pat had a beautiful dozen roses arrangement delivered to the restaurant so my wife could be surprised when we walked in. We were coming from Buffalo. Thank you again Pat for everything....Prices are just as good as the service

While the flowers and chocolates I ultimately received were great, I will not be returning. I have ordered flowers and chocolates from here for years for my mom, and this Mother's day was no exception. My flowers were delivered 2 days late, and only after multiple phone calls to the florist to see where they were. They were apparently over booked for Mother's day, and weren't able to fulfill all orders and a driver quit unexpectedly. While I understand things happen, I ordered a week in advance and there was no proactive work on their end to communicate delays. The entire time staff seemed annoyed at me and on the first call, I didn't even get an apology. Horrible customer service.

This was the first time I had done business with Country Gardens Floral Expressions. I don’t live in the Niagara Falls region and I relied on positive reviews I read on their website. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a local funeral home. I received a call from the woman who was tending to my order and she told me the arrangement I ordered was out of stock. I went back to the website and chose another arrangement and started to process it and realized it was less than the original order so I went back and upgraded the arrangement. That increased my original price by &3.00 which was no problem. Country Gardens added the difference to my original purchase with no problem. While the arrangement was being prepared for delivery that same woman (who was extremely helpful and polite), inquired as to whether or not I would like anything else added to the card in the off chance the family wouldn’t know which family we were if there were other flowers with the same name. I assured her my flowers would be the only one with my family name. I thought that in itself was going beyond any expectations I might have had. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I would gladly recommend this floral shop to anyone who asked. I went in blind and couldn’t have been happier with the care, the price and the finished product.👍🏻

We bought our wedding bouquet flowers for the bride and the bridesmaid and the groom’s boutonniere and also to decorate our wedding cake. The best service in town and flowers are high quality. The owner is very sweet lady who seems to have tons of experience on what she does. She even advised us on how to transport and store the flowers fresh for the next day morning ceremony.(Because it was on a winter day and the Californian Cala lilies are very diligent). She delivered what we requested even though they are off season and exactly as the way we wanted. Many Thanks for the wonderful flowers and the customer service. I don’t know whether it is safe to say, it feels like I got the flowers and advice from my grandma. Highly recommend. She is the best!

I highly recommend ordering from Country Garden for any occasion. They did a wonderful job on the Easter Lily basket I ordered for my mother. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Even I was shocked , it was bigger then I thought and even more beautiful. It came as a complete surprise for my mom, she wasn’t even gonna answer the door , she was yelling for me to answer it thinking they were for me. When the delivery guy, who was very friendly said her name , I could hear the happiness in her voice . She absolutely loves the Easter Lily plant and the added touch from Country Garden on the card saying “ Would you like to thank Kim” made her giggle , Thankyou for making my Moms Easter Memorable Kim P.S I’ll be seeing you Mothers Day & her Birthday which are the same day
