As a contractor, I've been working with Cotton for many years... they have done some excellent work on foundations and flatwork many times, on various projects for us through the years. I've really enjoyed working with Angelo (our job coordinator). His attention to detail, willingness to help work through any concerns, and his genuine care have always shone through. We have also used Cotton's bins for waste removal, and the enviro-services team have also been very attentive to our needs, and easy to work with. We built a 20,000 industrial facility in Welland, ON and Cotton Inc. did all site works including site preperation, grading, storm and sewage and foundation and mezzanine, side wilks and ashphalt. They are first class contractor and certainly the best contractor that worked on our project. Highly professional, honest, punctual and dedicated. Our project manager, Diyar Iransoost is amazing. He is highly knowledgable and pays attention to all details with extra cares and provides very adequate and to the point advises. We will definitely work with Cotton Inc for the expansion phase of of our industrial facility in Welland.
