A bit small not enough product

Staff are not knowledgeable on products they carry, as they brought me to colour depositing shampoo/conditioner rather than colour stay products while in store. Staff were unwilling to provide advice or alternatives on semi-permanent hair colour products they had. Overall poor customer service experience, I'll buy online rather than return to this location.

Don't go there unless you are a licensed professional, I found out the hard way! Although, the lady inside the store was very nice.

The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to seeing them when I pick up my supplies.

I'm always impressed by great customer service as its it's pretty hard to come by these days. Every time I come to this particular location the staff is friendly and so pleasant! That one smile can change a persons whole day. Thank you!
