Continental mini studio apartments and Uhaul rentals

Unable to actually review unless it's based on contact anyone. I've tried several times to speak with someone in regards to renting when I finally was able to she had informed me they were not any rooms available and there was over a two year waiting list. I asked to be put on it and never heard from anyone. She said the sign outside was incorrect and would be taken down. However everytime I pass by thus place there is a new sign so I went recently and knocked again and again was I formed no availability. So I'm very confused as the sign has been changed several times. And there is no email. Noone ever answers the number posted. It's difficult enough to find a place just for that frustration as well.

Honestly not sure what to rate yet as we have not started yet the reason for the review is because we have called several times in the last two months and not once have we been able to speak to anyone about a room. We are hoping whoever it is that respond to the reviews could tell us the price for a monthly room rental if there are any available or if there is a different number we should be calling that isn’t listed on google that will connect us to someone the first time we Call. Not sure if you can edit reviews after they’re published but I’m willing to change this to 5 stars if we get a response within a decent time. Thanks!

I am writing you in hopes you will never send anyone to the continental Inn. Unfortunately I have the great unplenseantry of living at the continental. The rooms are full of mold and other bugs...I do have pictures of it. It took them 1.5 years to remove the surface mold and cover up the rotting wood and the mold behind the walls while leaving the rest of the mold and rotting wood. Not to mention how they left bare wires hanging out of a tenants wall for several weeks before replacing the light socket. Nor do they care about the safety of their tenants. An incident occurred in which a tenant needed them to check the cameras but they refused due to the tenants paying low rent. Saying and quoting them here "we pay low rent so they can't afford to sit at the camera" and find out who or what destroyed the tenants property. The management has to be the most incompetent team I have ever had met in my life.

My sister in law lived there awhile ago and finally found another dump better with less bugs, mice, no flooding, etc. This place should be in Mexico or some third world country. Any poor soul who has no choice but to live there should get counseling for acute depression before it's too late.

I will never let anyone stay there I moved here 5 years ago and seen there ad saying monthly for $450.00 to $500 a month so I went there gave them $500 cash without seeing room first on trusting that is was a good place to go because the owner had told me that they help people with problems and was a Christian base place there. We'll I got the keys shook hands with him and left to get my things came back open the door and it was about the size of half a room just a bed with blankets on it and a dresser with three drawers in it. I just sat on the bed and cried and fell asleep I got woken up by pain lots of pain I was bitten from head to toe and bed bugs spider bites and unknown species at this place I demanded my money back the next day and they refused to give me my money back they accused me of bringing them to the motel which is impossible cuz I would never be in my home where I came from well that's my story and it's 2018 now and I know this for 78 year old lady that is living there now that is dying with cancer and has Mouse poop all over her room tons of mouse in her room eating her food her clothes and all they want their as her money they don't care about helping her they just are watching her die I'm looking for people to help me help this lady get out of there if you can help please get back to me in some way thank you to all who care
