Crystal was so delightful to deal with! She was informative and helpful. She even put a smile on my face when it cost me so much for USD! Thanks!

I had an excellent experience with Mason at the currency exchange. He was extremely professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process. Mason took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got the best possible rate. His customer service truly stood out — polite, efficient, and genuine. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy exchange experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Continental Currency for about two and a half years. I’ve spent quite a bit there over time, exchanging money for international travel, and I always believed it was the best (and only) option for foreign currency outside of U.S. dollars. Recently, I placed an order for 1,500 Jordanian dinars — around $3,500 to $3,600 CAD. I went in to pay using the same MasterCard I’ve always used at this location. My card has a PIN but no chip or tap, and I’ve never had an issue with it here before. This time, however, the payment kept coming up as “merchant declined,” meaning the store refused the transaction — not that my card was declined. When I explained that I’ve always paid this way and that my debit card has a $1,000 daily limit, the employee told me they don’t accept cards without chips or tap. She then said, “Well, maybe you shouldn’t order currency you can’t afford.” That comment felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I didn’t argue — I simply said, “I can afford it, you’re just choosing not to accept my payment method,” and I left. Later, I received a call from the store asking if I was still picking up my order. When I politely explained that I’d done some research and found that my bank actually offers international currency — at a much better rate — the tone I received was again condescending. I was told, “Next time, don’t order money you’re not going to pick up.” I’m disappointed, because I had been a consistent customer for over two years with no issues until now. The way this was handled left a really bad impression. I’m glad I’ve found a better and cheaper alternative through my bank, but I hope the store takes this feedback seriously — customer service and respect go a long way.
