Olexandra is sweet, kind and wonderful. She is working with me on electrolysis and she is very patient and kind regarding my sensitivities. France is very gentle with explaining the process of electrolysis and helping to meet the demands of my schedule. The facility is sparkling clean and very pretty. I believe the prices to be reasonable. I highly recommend it.

I booked an appointment based on the positive reviews and thankfully they are legitimate. I had my 1st ever electrolysis treatment done yesterday with France and she is truly professional, personable and knowledgeable. My comfort was always her priority and she worked quickly but didn't rush. I can tell she cares about treatment results and ensuing confidence in people more than making as much money as possible from them! My only disappointment is in myself for waiting so long to have this done. Honestly tweezing is more uncomfortable than electrolysis. Anyone who is nervous or skeptical go see France, I am so so happy I did!

I'm transitioning and I went to Confident Image for Electrolysis to permanently remove my facial hair. Both France and Oleksandra are some of the kindest and most supportive people you'll meet, and I absolutely recommend here as the #1 place for Electrolysis in the Niagara region! I would drive here all the way from Fort Erie because there was no comparable practice anywhere else across the entire region! Oleksandra was the main person who treated me and she made me feel very comfortable and never once made me feel bad, and the treatment held as little pain as possible with Electrolysis! Electrolysis is even a great price here compared to other regions. I had to stop going due to moving back to London Ontario, and I'm really going to miss going here. If you live anywhere within a 40min drive here, this is 100% the place to go for electrolysis!

France is wonderful! I have been seeing France for electrolysis and have had great results. She recommended the Alumier Md skin care products and have noticed an improvement in texture of skin. Retinol resurfacing and sheer hydration sunscreen are my favourites!
