Phil and his team did such a fantastic job filling in a stone chip on my windshield. You not only provided exceptional quality workmanship at a reasonable price but you were also very kind and go above and beyond in customer service. You surprised me with cleaning my car as well and getting me in as quick as possible, fitting me in between your other jobs. Went in with a cracked windshield and the the team was very helpful, friendly, and most of all, professional. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. When I went to pick up my car, I was surprised to find the had cleaned the interior. While not expect nor necessary, it was definitely appreciated. Love that they offer a CAA discount too. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience. Highly recommend.

I went in to get my windshield replaced and have the cameras recalibrated, and I had an amazing experience. Phil was super personable, friendly, and genuinely down to earth. He took the time to walk me through the whole process, explained my options clearly, and was very open and honest about what made the most sense for my situation. The service itself was fast and efficient, and I was really impressed with how thorough he was. He vacuumed and cleaned my entire interior and also cleaned all the windows, which was nice touch that I wasn’t expecting. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Complete Auto Glass Solutions was exceptional from beginning to end. After being sent around to multiple places, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed, but they immediately made everything easy and handled the entire process with care and professionalism. This was, without question, the calmest and most positive experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car issue. The communication back and forth with Phil was outstanding. He is truly top-notch when it comes to customer service responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. As a woman, I really appreciated feeling comfortable, listened to, and treated with genuine respect at every step. Not only was my windshield repaired perfectly, but they went above and beyond by cleaning my mats and the inside of my car, removing all the winter salt. It was such a thoughtful and completely unexpected touch that made a lasting impression. If I ever need auto glass services again, there’s no question who I’ll call.
