Sandra Home Health Care has been an absolute blessing for our family as primary care-givers to our mother who has Alzheimer’s. The overnight care, in particular, has changed our lives. We used Sandra's Health Care Services on November 30th to take our aunt from her St. Catharines LTC to Niagara on the Lake for her 100th birthday Tea. As well as hiring 2 PSWs to assist her , the Wheelchair Taxi was arranged for us. I cannot say enough about everyone I dealt with from making the arrangements and quick responses to my questions to the wonderful PSWs . They were very kind and attentive. The taxi service was excellent. I highly reccomend Sandra's Health Care Services!

I have used SHHC for three separate occasions when I have traveled back to Saint Catherine’s for family visits and funeralsS. The caregivers that I have used were excellent. I am disabled and in a power wheelchair and traveling is quite challenge for me. The SHHC Team even got me to the hospital when I had complications from medicine I took. They were on top of it and make sure I was OK I travel 14 hours by car to get back home and SHHC made all of my trips easier on me. I was scared every time when I go back home but SHHC always makes everything go perfect. I have no reservations din recommending SHHC. I have been impressed from there, office staff to their w Individual caregivers. If you do have a concern, then they are on top of it right away. Customer satisfaction is important to them. I know I sound like I work there, but I don’t. Just trust me, I think it’ll be a good experience for you, your family and your loved ones.
