My daughter and I enjoyed a fabulous semi private lesson with Diane. Diane pays attention to details and makes small adjustments as needed all while keeping the class fun and interesting! Thanks Diane for a great session!
View on GoogleI met Diane Archer a few years ago after I broke my back in a fall. We had 2 private sessions and then illness and covid kept me away for two years. But even those two gentle pilates sessions and her detailed homework notes helped free me from a lot of chronic pain. We started working together again several months ago on a new injury and I'm making great progress. As a senior, I expect to have aches and pains, but Diane has taught me it's not at all inevitable. Even long term mobility issues can be solved through a careful program of pilates exercises, using both pilates reformer equipment and simple exercises I do at home. I can't recommend her highly enough. Her patience, diagnostic skills and creativity are exceptional.
View on GoogleI have just completed six individual sessions with Diane. This was my first experience with Pilates. I found Diane to be a very caring professional instructor. She built an exercise program that took into consideration my multiple medical issues and made sure I was comfortable and competent in completing them. Her encouragement and positive attitude were greatly appreciated. I am now more flexible and stronger. I would definitely recommend Diane and will be signing up for more in the future. Thank you Diane!
View on GoogleDiane is a very competent & caring instructor! She presents & teaches the movements in a way that's easy to follow. She takes the time to insure that each participant is doing the exercises correctly & that no one is feeling pain. I've been doing her classes for almost a year now & can definitely feel a difference! I'm also sleeping better! I would highly recommend Dianes classes to anyone who wants to strengthen & tone & increase flexibility.
View on GoogleDiane is the best and Pilates helps me move better and feel better. I took up a challenge to complete a 12 week beginner course consisting of two organized sessions a week plus on on-my-own session in the meantime. At first I was enjoying the session for themselves. Diane is a fun and challenging instructor. Then something happened. As my core strength increased, my problem knee became less of a problem and by the end of the 12 weeks not only was I walking taller, but I actually caught myself running up the stairs! Not bad for a middle aged computer operator that has sat for 15 years behind a desk. More people should know about this. Thanks Diane. I'll see you soon for advanced sessions!
