I had a great experience with their services! Jenn Dey, my employment consultant, was super helpful with my resume and interview prep, and her support really made a difference in my success. I really appreciate everything she did! I also joined the Power of Possible workshop in January, and it really helped boost my confidence for interviews. The materials were super helpful, with great examples and activities to reinforce what we learned. Krystyn, the instructor, was amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. The mock interview at the end was a great way to apply everything in a real setting. As a newcomer, this workshop also gave me valuable insights into the Canadian job market, making me feel even more prepared. Overall, it was an incredible experience that truly set me up for success.

On any given day, the computers are just sitting there because the staff are very insensitive and could careless about you. Starting with Maryann, who has a deep rooted hatred for men and her puppets, REBECCA , MADISON, BRET, JILLIAN, LISA and the rest, they should be happy to even have a job there. The people working there are a joke and a shame to even approach and an embarrassment to St. Catharines. They failed to do anything for me, other than put me in a depression. Before you put a power hungry vampire like MARYANN in charge, make sure she has the ability to be able to understand where people are coming from and to help them get back on track, because they destroyed what was left of my self-esteem. Head office is unaware of the unprofessional attitude that goes on there by Maryann and the rest of the staff. The problem is that they are all with the same impossible mindset. Sometimes people have been abused by employers and they need to be understood by this place so that they can find another employer. Instead starting with Maryann, everyone of them have been very cold to me and failed to help me find work!
