Super nice people at the front desk and all the volunteers are fabulous too. Even when people get upset with wait times or are told they can't have an item, the workers keep their cool and treat them with true respect. I only wish people would see the wonderful gift that is being given to them instead of acting like it's their " right " to get donations. I feel sorry for these workers when they are being abused by people who just don't understand how it works.

The only service I asked them for help with was obtaining ID which is going on four months now. Clearly not that interested in people getting back on their feet since basically everything requires identification so without it you’re out of luck. Par for the course I guess.

This is my second time coming here to receive the monthly food supplies, and it is also the first time that we have ever needed to request free food assistance. Unfortunately, due to the government’s incompetence, we have been put in this situation. However, this time the food we received—especially the meat and protein items—were all expired. Some of the meat even had a bad smell and was completely inedible. Please do not distribute expired food items, especially meat, chicken, or fish, to people. Instead of helping, this can cause serious illnesses among the community.

So Far Coming Here Is Great They Have Amazing Facilities and I can get food here at ease I feel like the only thing they need to change is how they handle holidays and should just change it on google and there website so it says when closed as it can be confusing for some people on disability other then that amazing job
