Home Depot suggested we try here as we had no success matching an old bolt. They were very helpful in finding an alternate to use . Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Stopped in there today for a bolt no one could produce and I must say the service was the best I’ve had in a long time! Absolutely great people and the “mom and pop” shop feel is definitely there hands down the place to go, couldn’t be more happy. Brought the old bolt and was sent right on my way with the replacements

Terrific Staff. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Called late Friday afternoon with a request that 2 other industrial hardware suppliers said was rare and not a stock item. Rare? 7/16-14NC , 1" countersunk machine screws? Picked up in 10 minutes with zero issues. I would imagine that they will almost always have what you need.... I would suggest you give then a shot. Customer service just couldn't have been better! 5++ Stars!
