Excellent service and polite staff. The rooms need a bit of TLC….Our TV in the room did not work (was not connecting to the internet as it should have been to watch smart apps) and front desk didn’t know how to fix it so we only had the basic cable - not ideal as the kids wanted Netflix. Clean place, lots of parking and great service, but small rooms needing bit of an update. The fridge and microwave came in handy too! This location does not offer breakfast, no pool.

Great stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, very quiet even though it is situated near the highway. Highly recommend!

They give false information to a third party reservation company and then charge you more when you show up for your reservation. Reported them to the better business bureau, reception desk was very rude and provided zero help. They will ask you to figure it out on your own. As a business owner you would think they would be concerned there is a company out there providing false info to their potential guests, but there were no concerns at all.

Fantastic find and a good deal. Came from the Ramada Falls View in Niagara as it was so disgusting could only stomach 1 night and feel like I am in an Oasis. Renovated large rooms, clean and quiet. Great staff checked me in early. Location is across from a mall, restaurant on site. Here for 4 nights and feels like a great place to land. Well done management on such a beautiful renovation!

Lovely place in a very central location to Jordan and Niagara Falls. Checking in was a breeze as the front desk employee was very polite. Room was very clean with modern fixtures. Everything worked just fine. Hotel was quiet with no issues, even though it seemed like most rooms were booked up. I had forgotten my toothbrush and the front desk was more than happy to provide me with one. Would definitely go back to this hotel again and again. Thanks to the friendly staff.
