Comfort Inn Fallsview

Great rate nothing I am here in February but wanted a little vacation. The beds were comfortable, check in was easy and friendly, breakfast was good with hot items and attentive staff. I would stay here again. Hate that hotels charge guests to park on top of fees I think that is ridiculous.

We stayed for 4 days Friday to Tuesday. Check-in was very quick as checkout was. The rooms were clean when we arrived. Parking is $25 a day which is pretty steep, and during the weekend there wasn’t much area to park. The front entrance was closed so you had to walk to the side entrance. Our card didnt work at one point of our stay. The most disappointing part was the food and the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub that we were told was cleaned daily. The breakfast was very minimal as someone with a dairy allergy there wasn’t much to eat besides bread, cold eggs and sausages. There was no fruit and the hot water for tea wasn’t working some days. Afterwards we made attempts to get some time in the pool and hot tub but both were incredibly dirty only spending a few minutes there trying to make the best of it since I have an injury and heat provides relief. The hot tub was covered in what looked like skin flakes, hair and bugs, and was very discoloured. The pool was very shallow compared to my previous visits and was in the same state as the hot tub. We returned a day later in which was told it was cleaned but only thing we noticed as a difference was the discoloration but still had hair, bugs and many flakes. We were given coupons for the restaurant next door Vinny’s, which we did enjoy and loved the restaurant. We won’t be returning again as the quality of the hotel has gone down since last time I spent here.

Very clean, exceptionally clean. The housekeeping is done everyday. "Unlike Days Inn across the street where I stayed three nights and it was the worst experience." The breakfast was good, checking in and out was very smooth. It was also very quite and peaceful. The only thing their soda machine only take 5 dollar notes ans coins and the Atm on site lowest not is 20 cad. Outside of that it was an exceptional experience. Plus they gave discounts for at least 3 nearby restaurants. The cleaner for 703 was awesome, older lady from Eritrea 🇪🇷

Decent location with great staff, but old and dated and needs some updating. It almost appears like there are 2 hotels that only connect through the indoor pool, which seemed strange. There are old heaters, which I assume are air conditioners in summer, that are very loud and greatly affect your ability to get a decent night's sleep. This was in all of the three rooms our family reserved. As I said, the staff were polite and helpful, although no one bothered to show us the proper way to use the older spa bath in our room. Once you have a few issues like this, you start to see things like the loose, poor fitting shower rail (drops the curtain into the bath and gets it in the way of your shower), and leads you to notice patchwork on the walls that hasn't been painted over properly. It's great that they offer a breakfast, but the facilities are obviously less than what they need as the queue to get to breakfast was huge, so even though this was supposed to be included, we had to spend an extra $50 to eat rather than wait for half the hotel to eat before we could. Even the vending machines wouldn't take bills (although there was a slot for them) and the front desk didn't have enough change so we could only get drinks for half of our party. I should have taken more pics, but was over it after a while. I still like this chain, but will likely look for a different hotel next visit.

Dated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Nice lobby. I did not feel welcome by the staff, (hardly got smiles) although very attentive. If you need breakfast and are not an early riser, this inn is not for you. Dining area is very small and they post a 20 min seating time. You are seated by hardworking staff that try very hard to get you in and out quickly. I was turned off by how dirty the hot tub was. It was cleaned by the next day. If you want hot water, just be patient. It will come. The location is amazing!
