Absolute professionalism! Found suits for our son. The manager (Justin I believe his name is) was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Justin helped him find two suits! I rented a tux last week from Collins. The service was fantastic. Karin was the tailor that I dealt with and she was absolutely amazing. Totally professional, helped me pick out a couple dress shirts with honesty & was amazing with my daughter. I will be dealing with her for all my future suit/tux needs. Thank you Karin!

We were very disappointed in the service at Collins. We had gone there a few times because my husband was trying to find a specific green suit for our December wedding. In May we went and ordered a sample that came in and we asked if we should order it now Incase it becomes discontinued. Justin said no it will not be discontinued and to come back in September. We came back in September to order it and it was discontinued so we asked to order another sample. My husband got a call in October saying the sample had come in. When we arrived a few days later with our groomsmen to order their items, the sample was not there. Justin was very rude and as I waited to find out where this sample was , after 20 minutes I saw he was walking around I asked what was going on. He said he doesn't know who called us and it's not here yet..... It must be still on the truck and he will call us when it's in. We had call to follow up to see if it had come in yet and they said no it's not in yet. My husband was very upset by his customer service and he really searched long and hard for this specific colour. We had no trust in this sample coming so he went somewhere else to purchase another green suit..... We are still waiting for that call for that sample to magically come in and our wedding has come and gone.

The service wasn't the best and the quality of the clothing is subpar We paid over 700 each for the suits for a wedding. Only worn for the day of, grooms top button on jacket falls right off, a groomsmen dress shirt button broke up,and my pant pockets had a hole inside them. I wouldn't recommend collins to anyone.

About 2 weeks ago on Sept 16th I was in a very touch situation as I required a suit to be ready by Sept 18th as I was heading to the US on the 19th. To the rescue comes Karen from Collins! Karen took the time to give me all options that would meet my dates and she made it happen !!! Karen and the team there were professional and understanding and gave me the best cost effective solution. Hands down they were exceptional! If you are looking for a new suit, Tux or just clothing, please check them out, you will not be disappointed !! Service, quality and pricing !
