New to the area but quickly becoming my new parts store. Top notch customer service & the parts pricing is literally the best in the region. They always have what I need when no one else does or they can get it for me fast.

I've been going to Collee's since I was Teen. Unfortunately their customer service has taken a nose dive. One particular rep with gray hair seems to be the worst. On several occasions he has talked down to my wife or ignored her to take several calls before even acknowledging her. Our latest issue is with Struts we purchased this past July that are faulty and under warranty. They are making it extremely difficult to get a warranty replacement. Our mechanic even has tried to help, a man that deals with them on a weekly basis. One of the struts is completely shot and as a result has worn down and stressed the other side. The best they will do is replace one only after physical inspecting it themselves. I'm not sure what they're thinking but last time I checked I can't simple remove the strut from my van and then drive it over to them without the strut installed. To make matters worse they would then order the part making our only vehicle inoperable for a few days. Collee's is making me lose faith in the small owner businesses. If you are looking for quality parts and an amazing customer service look elsewhere. Plain and simple there is no ownership or accountability here. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Bought struts that lasted not a full 4 months they assured me that they would deliver a new set my mechanic the following day which they did not and now it is 4 days later they have not delivered and I was out of town and are now telling the garage that there is some misunderstanding. Terrible service, not to mention they speak down to you if you are a woman. Do NOT recommend.

Best Place to Deal with, They have the best prices in the Niagara Region. I called all other auto parts stores, even the BIG one. Collee is normaly always cheaper. Staff is very friendly. Well worth the drive there, If they don't have a part, usually next morning they will have it. Been my goto store for many many years.
