⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Rude and Unprofessional I reached out to Italo Marandola of Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty about a property I was interested in, and the experience was shockingly unpleasant. He was dismissive, condescending, and made no effort to be helpful or respectful during our interaction. As a potential buyer, I was appalled by his attitude — it was clear he had no interest in assisting or even engaging properly to facilitate a sale. If this is how he treats interested buyers, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to list your property with him. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy or sell to find an agent who actually values professionalism and basic courtesy.

The realtor did not do his due diligence and left us exposed. Now he ignores my emails and doesn't respond. He was supposed to be an expert in vacant land deals and that is why we went with him. He did not verify one of the key conditions we put in was completed.

Finally went with another company and found a house within 1 month. Would never recommend them. Go with a trusted and creditable company. Their only interest is getting their commission.
