Cogeco kiosk

I went to Cogeco pen Centre store today kan warnoor Singh helped me with all my questions and concerns I went to other locations as well due to language problem no one helps this guy always helped me and very kind. I want to leave a good review for him as I know him from last 1 year always greats me happy even though location is only sales. If any superior of Kanwar is reading this this guy deserves a promotion and good appreciation.

We set up a service call and the technician was a no-show for the appointment after waiting all day. Rebooked another appointment and they didn't show up for that appointment either! All appointments had been pre confirmed but no one bothered to communicate that they weren't able to make it. Not impressed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Haven't even started my service with these guys and it's already an absolutely horrible customer experience. Scheduled an installation online - which defaulted to a 2-year term and a confirmation email that someone would call me soon. Three days later, no call, but a confirmation email with the incorrect installation date. Tried calling in, was greeted by a machine that encourages you to hang up and use their chat feature (which doesnt work). after pressing the correct key to connect me with a lkive agent - three times, each with their own redirection to the website / attempt to get me off the phone, there is a 45 minute wait to speak to an agent. just moved here and this is a hell of a first experience with this company.

Tried to disconnect for a move. You can't disconnect with the chat bot, you have to talk to someone. But it's a 45+ minute wait to get someone on the phone. If you choose a callback, it's 48 hours and I never even received the callback. Absolutely dismal customer service. I would never recommend Cogeco to anyone. They'll take your money quickly enough but your time means nothing to them.

I had a great experience at the Cogeco store in The Pen Centre. Kanwarnoor Singh was super helpful, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the internet plans clearly, helped me find the right one for my needs, and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. If you’re looking for internet services, definitely go see Kanwarnoor!
