View on GoogleI had ongoing internet signal issues for three weeks. During that time, I called customer support multiple times trying to resolve the problem. A manager suggested replacing my router with a new one, but never once mentioned that I needed to return the old router. After replacing it, the issue still wasn’t fixed. The next day, a technician came to my house and told me the problem was actually with the company’s equipment outside. He also never mentioned anything about returning the old router. The issue was finally fixed a week later. Now I am being charged almost $200 for not returning the old router — something no one clearly informed me about. This is not about the money. It’s about trust. When you call customer support, you expect help — not hidden charges and what feels like a scam. This situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Nice I've been experiencing issues with my internet for over a month now, 2 technicians have come out, the first technician never even brought a tool in, the 2nd tech was great and actually solved the problem, but of course its someone elses dept to deal with that problem. Had my first tech brought out a single tool he would have be able to identify my issue weeks ago. Try to get ahold of a manager or supervisor in this company is next to impossible. 30+days or inconsistant internet and being thrown from one dept to the next, all while dedicating an entire day to their full day appointment windows
View on GoogleAbsolutely terrible service! I signed up with Cogeco with the condition they transfer my home phone number from Koodo to Cogeco. They cannot do this transfer since August, for four months by now! I am paying Koodo to keep the number active and paying Cogeco for the temporary number in order for them to port it. I have been calling Cogeco almost every day asking to place a request to port the number, but they have a stupid 3 day policy and Koodo has only 24 hour port window. Cogeco refuse to do the port in the particular day when Koodo opens it for 24 hours. Cogeco just dont care, I am canceling because of this horrible customer service, they are so rigid and not willing to help you. Cogeco just dont care about customers, terrible service!!!
View on GoogleAbsolutely terrible service. Our brand new router that we've had for 3 weeks won't power on as of yesterday. We spent almost 2 hrs on the phone and were told to call Niagara falls and tell them what model we needed to pick up. We told them they're closed now. Tech said "they shouldn't be. They're supposed to be open for pickups". Called st Catharines and was told the exact same thing. They said our only option is to wait until Monday. MONDAY? we just upped our package, got brand new equipment and it breaks and now I have to wait 3 days with no internet, no tv...nothing. Cogeco has gone to trash. This is unacceptable.
