Not recommended to come. Came specifically for the red packet offer, told the worker I’m ordering because I want the red packet. I paid, and then right after they told me they didn’t have any red packets even thought I told them I came specifically for it. When I asked for the refund, they refuse to give me. Very disappointing Chinese new year.

I felt not comfortable when placed the order at store today. The staff who took my order seem like she doesn't welcome. I can't taste matcha flavor in my berry matcha latte

I ordered 3 milk teas on Monday night via Uber eats, usually it takes about 15 minutes but tonight it took about 45 minutes to receive the food. But I am happier than ever. I was very surprised to receive the order with this message. I appreciate this service attitude, I like how you left a sweet message. Although I don't know who you are, you are doing a great job and wish you all the best! Besides, the drinks are delicious and will always support CoCo.

Coco Glendale that only has great drinks but also great service every time we come here. The manager Anodya is very good at her job and great with her staff. Strongly recommended to anyone who loves their bubble tea!
