I purchased a new Coach purse in Canada while driving back from Detroit as a Valentine’s Day gift. The bag was $229. My girlfriend loved it but preferred a different chain, so we went to the Coach Outlet in Niagara Falls, NY to exchange it rather than drive 25 minutes back into Canada. The identical purse at the outlet was also priced at $229. I had the original receipt. Logically, this should have been an even exchange. Instead, I was told I owed an additional $41 because of the exchange rate. When I asked for clarification, I was told that if I did NOT have the receipt, it would have been an even exchange — but because I did have the receipt, I had to pay more. So let me get this straight: • Same brand • Same model • Same listed price • Same company • With receipt = pay more • Without receipt = even exchange That makes absolutely no sense from a customer perspective. I was penalized for having proof of purchase. If Coach cannot honor an even exchange on identical merchandise at identical pricing because of internal currency technicalities, that’s a policy problem — not a customer problem. This experience completely changed how I view the brand.

View on GoogleIf your looking for Top Tier customer service FUN! FRIENDLY, amazing selection of products !! This is the location, I always make a purchase! Came in July 2 and I'm still raving at the level of customer service, the sale associate was so patient and kind working out all the prices for me. I can't thank her enough! I LOVE MY BAG!!! So happy I had to use the washroom, next door!! ha ha ha ;)
View on GoogleOhhh I liked shopping here!! The staff was so fun and pleasant ☺️ They really were - which made our shopping experience that much more fun! The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to please. The store was laid out in an organized manner and very clean. I bought my daughter a beautiful leather bag and a matching wallet at a quarter of the regular price. I know it will make her so happy at Christmas!! I'll return in the fall to do more Christmas shopping.
View on GoogleI was assisted by someone named Marla over the phone. By far, this is the best experience that I've had to ship a product out to me. She was incredibly helpful and even though I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to describe the product that I wanted, she was able to figure it out and assist me. Not to mention, when I called the previous day, I didn't realize that they were less than five minutes from closing and she still took my call and I didn't even realize they were that close to closing throughout the duration of our call. She walked me through the process and even when their computers were down today (I had to call back to finish the transaction), she emailed me when it was up and running and the only thing I had to do was fill out the payment link. When she emailed me as well, she took a picture of the product that I wanted to ensure it was the right one and the whole process in general was incredibly smooth. I strongly believe that good customer service deserves to be recognized and Marla definitely deserves that recognition as I feel she went above and beyond when it came to assisting me.
