Very unhappy with them...NOT helpful, high rates, gave me 2 days notice to find a new car, speak poor English Do Not Recommend

I’ve been with them almost 4 years I’ve never missed a single payment for my car or my house insurance. I had an accident on November 2021. I surprised that they added another accident they were saying that.” so you by accident it’s been added to your policy.” They have been working to remove that second claim from my policy for almost 2 weeks so until now, I haven’t received any proof that my second claim has been removed. Whenever I called them, they just transfer me from department to the other. It’s disappointed.

I've been with Co-Op for quite a few years with my home and auto insurance. As with any insurance company, there has been a few hiccups along the way when dealing with underwriters or the people at the call center. However, having LOCAL reps that can go to bat for you and straighten out any wrinkles is definitely where this office SHINES. Michele has ironed out situations for me more than one occasion when I was told by the call center that there was nothing that they could do about a particular issue. Sometimes dealing with big insurance companies can feel a little daunting. But dealing with Michele has felt like dealing with a friend or family member in the industry. I don't know Michele apart from Co-Op, and only met her when she started at this office. But that's the way a local rep SHOULD make you feel. If you have a difficult insurance situation, get in touch with Michele. Go see her face to face. Even if the call center tells you you're out of luck, it's worth going in for a chat with her. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I had a very positive experience with cooperators recently. I needed to add a new driver to our policy and it was completed quickly and efficiently all through email correspondence, which was a bonus for my 17 year who couldn't wait to take the car out alone. I didn't need to leave my home to do it. I would recommend their services!

Didn’t have great experience with this location. The person I was dealing with asked for lots of information that took time to gather and send pictures. One picture sent was sideways and instead of simply rotating the picture she emailed me asking for new pictures. I rotated it and sent it back something the agent could of easily done if competent. After moving through the process and getting car and trailer quotes she says I have to allow them to pull credit or they won’t quote on house insurance . I’m getting 3 companies to quote so I don’t want my credit score getting hit 3 times for no reason. I told her if I pick them to work with I will allow them to pull credit. She wouldn’t quote. I wasted several hours and would not recommend this insurance company.
