Was with them for around 25 years, they have a bullshit photo inspection policy. They have random people looking over the photos and sending “recommendations”, 3/4 of those nonsense recommendations were incorrect, and had they sent someone out they would have seen the actual truth in a second. I sent photos and explanations to deal with the nonsense. I didn’t get a response but I did get a cancellation. I had new insurance within an hour. Absolutely pathetic, I’m happy to give my money to another company. In fact it turned out to be less money

The best thing i have done in a long time was go to Brad Ward at the Co-operators for insurance needs. He was so friendly and made me feel welcome at his office. Making the switch to The Co-operators was a great decision. My fiancé and I were recently involved in a car accident. The Co-operators were extremely efficient and cooperative (no pun intended). They made this stressful process extremely easy and quick.Also they are extremely personable. Brad greets me personally whenever I walk in and is always very helpful with whatever questions I have. I have referred friends to Brad Ward and they have saved 100's on insurance and tell me they are extremely satisfied with the services they get. I would without a doubt recommend this agency. Brad and has staff are absolutely amazing ! I walked in for auto insurance and left with auto, tenant, and life insurance . By far the BEST insurance company I have ever been thriugh. I walk into the office and everyone greets me and knows me by name ! I would recommend Brad Ward to anyone looking for insurance !
