My sales consultant, Raymond, was exceptional. He helped me get a new (used) car (2021 Toyota C-HR XLE) and made the entire process from start to finish incredibly easy. He was transparent, kind, knowledgeable, and never made me feel any pressure or urgency to buy. After I decided to buy the car, he explained to me all the next steps and helped me get everything in order, from selling my old car to a scrap yard to updating my insurance, and more. When you go, you get to test drive and inspect the car alone. I liked this because I found that when you’re alone, you can take your time, check out everything big and small, and focus on what you like and/or dislike without any added pressure/nerves/unnecessary small talk. With other dealers, you’re forced to test drive with a salesman watching you like a hawk while they try to upsell you the car as you’re driving. The service manager, Graham, was also incredibly helpful and kind. He was also very transparent and honest about the mechanical and safety details of the car which made me confident in making my decision to buy from them. Thank you Raymond and Graham for making this big decision incredibly easy! There is a reason I chose to buy from a dealership that is almost a 2hrs drive away from my house. I just purchased a 2022 Honda CRV from CMH. I can say that the whole experience was very smooth and stress free. Raymond the sales agent was very friendly, helpful and pressure free. I really enjoy the no hassle, haggle experience, there is no pressure into making a decision you might regret. I love that I was able to get into any car I choose to test drive and the sales person doesn't come along, I like to test drive by myself without pressure or listening to someone ramble on why I need to buy the vehicle. If a sales person feels they need to come with for the test drive I will not buy the car from their dealership period! The whole buying process including trading in my old car was very professional and easy thanks to Raymond and CMH. I would recommend CMH to all if you are in the market, the have a huge selection and prices are very fair, I researched and compared cars all over Ontario before I made my decision. Hopefully I will not need to buy another car for many years but when I do I will come back to CMH.

We had such an amazing experience at CHM Auto Superstore! It was my first time to buy a car and I actually thought that the process of buying my first car would be stressful and overwhelming. However, the experienced that I had with the people of CMH, who helped me get my first dream car, made it exciting and no stress at all! Raymond Blais is the first person who helped me, and he was absolutely incredible. Of all the stores that we visited to, he had the most personable, informative, and calm approach. He made sure that me, my sister and my boyfriend feel comfortable. The process was smooth, quick and painless. Sandra Hoyte, finance manager, was so amazing to work with as well! What an incredible used car buying experience! Mike worked with me to find the perfect car to fit my budget and lifestyle. There was zero pressure, which was unexpected but appreciated. He had great communication and was easily reachable for questions leading up to the final purchase and even afterwards. There were a couple of minor issues with the car that I noticed after bringing it home and they were addressed without hesitation. Their listed prices are non-negotiable and very fair - I actually really liked this. I wish all companies did this. Thank you also to Graham for helping me out! Finally, I really appreciated Mike and Graham’s patience and flexibility when it took me a bit of extra time to get my Ontario driver’s license. CMH has high quality cars, no pressure sales, honest and helpful staff, fair pricing and great follow up. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend them.
