Club Roma

1st of all the original band that was suppose to play did not show. They had a back up band that did not know what a disco theme evening of music was to be . The singer in that band was terrible and really needs to take singing lessons. The saxophone player was excellent.Basically then entertainment sucked. There was no count down for for new years . The guests danced more to the recoded music than the band. Where were all the so called disco lights they advertised in there flyer. No ballon’s falling out of the ceiling. With the amount of guests the had at the venue they should have more Food Stations for us . We waited from 45 mins to an hr to get our food. No bread at the 2 food stations. Pasta bar was cheaply run. You only got 2 little scallops and 2 shrimps wow. The food was ok . Have had better at other venues. Champagne at midnight was terrible tasting. I had to clear my own table table off . Service was terrible.My late Grandfather one of the founding Fathers would have been disappointed. Anyway I SUGGEST next year you have a DJ. To the Band a count down would have been nice and it goes 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 HAPPY NEVER AND PLAY NEW YEARS EVE SONG TOTALY DISAPPOINTED

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Garden Pavilion, and no words can fully describe how beautiful this venue truly is. It exceeded every expectation we had. The space itself is stunning, beautiful maintained, elegant and the perfect backdrop for photos. We were incredibly lucky to have Cierra as our wedding coordinator — she went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. She listened to us, understood our vision, and brought it to life flawlessly. Not once during the entire process did we feel stressed. Cierra was professional, knowledgeable, organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly and smoothly. She is an incredible asset to their team. We felt supported every step of the way The food and service were outstanding as well. The entire team was efficient, kind and incredibly accommodating. The day flowed seamlessly, and we were able to enjoy every moment thanks to their hospitality and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a venue that delivers beauty, exceptional service and a flawless experience, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend

I promise im here to talk about Club Roma and not show off how beautiful my wife is (kinda doing both but let's go with it). We booked our event since 2023 and had our wedding just recently in October. Jane was very accommodating due to our personal circumstances you know living in Alberta, moving and oh yea us having our first born son. What I'm trying to get at is that Jane our wedding coordinator has been the best for us and super supportive through all of our decisions and helping us design our wedding for our special day. The whole staff deserves a round of applause for their professionalism, efficiency and providing the best food and service. I cannot recommend Club Roma highly enough as a wedding venue! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, easy, and honestly—fun. Compared to other venues in the area, Club Roma was incredibly reasonably priced, but what truly set it apart was the level of service and experience they brought to the table. Every question I had was answered with confidence—and more importantly—with a "yes." We were lucky enough to work with Emma Pepperall, who was technically our venue coordinator but honestly felt like a full-on wedding planner. She was an absolute dream to work with: responsive, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any idea I had, she made it happen—and she handled all the setup and cleanup, which took such a huge weight off my shoulders. The venue itself is stunning, especially the Garden Pavilion, where I had my ceremony. It’s such a beautiful space that it needed very little extra decor. On top of that, Club Roma has a huge inventory of decor to choose from, and they partner with many excellent local vendors, which made planning even easier. Now let’s talk about the food and bar—hands down the best I’ve ever experienced at a wedding (and I’m not just saying that because it was mine!). The food was absolutely delicious, and the bar was incredible. They created signature cocktails for us and were happy to serve any additional drinks our guests wanted. Everyone was raving about it. Thanks to Club Roma, Emma, and their amazing team, my wedding day was truly the best day of my life. I felt so supported, everything looked and ran perfectly, and I got to fully enjoy every moment. If you're considering Club Roma—do it. You will not regret it.

As wedding photographers, we've had the pleasure of working with Club Roma twice and both experiences have been exceptional. The outdoor ceremony area is stunning, in spring and summer, offering a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. The reception area is filled with a natural light thanks to the large windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the staff at Club Roma are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We can't wait to be back there again!
