Ricki's/Cleo - Seaway Mall

Came into the store shopping for dress pants to attend my Husband's annual company Christmas party. I hand in mind a new dress coat as well. Having loss nearly 30 pounds in the course of this year all my previous "Dress" clothing was much to big. Sandy was an INCREDIBLE help and went way beyond to assist me in finding the perfect, "Outfit". Honest in expressing what looked good and what didn't. She was patient as I tried one several pieces and I am beyond happy with my purchases. The prices are AMAZING right now as well!!!! Thank you so much, Sandy. The party last night was lovely and I felt fantastic.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cleu Rick’s. When I entered the store, I picked up a shirt and hung it over my stroller so I could continue browsing hands-free. A very rude staff member approached me and, touched my stroller and told me I was not allowed to hang the shirt there because it might touch the ground. I explained that it was a shirt, not a long dress, and it wouldn’t drag on the floor. Instead of listening, she insisted I leave the store and falsely accused me of shouting. I felt disrespected and embarrassed. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it shows a complete lack of basic customer service and courtesy.

I have been there a couple times in the last month and each and every time the staff was friendly and helpful. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. Also there were great sales on so I got some nice clothes for a great price.

Excellent customer service. I hate shopping. The sales person was so helpful bringing me sizes and helping me put together an outfit for a Christmas party. Such a great experience and the outfit was perfect!
