Cleo Pen Centre

The store offers great quality clothing but the online system is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order to “process” and am left without several presents as nothing has been updated or delivered to date. Now half the order has shown up the rest is out of stock and I have yet to be reimbursed. I’m never dealing with Cleo online again

I was very disapointed with my recent visit to this store. The staff were too busy chatting with each other to offer any help. As I was cashed out, I was asked if I wanted a bag for $0.35... I said yes since I didn't have any bags on me to add my purchase to but the bag I was charged for didn't even belong to Cleo... I was charged for a bag from a different store, no explanation given. I assume that the store is going out of business.

I phoned the store to ask if they had a pair of jeans that I was looking for as a birthday gift for my daughter. The sales clerk that I spoke with took the time to search their system to see if they had the jeans somewhere in the store as they were not on the floor. I was told that they did have them but they had to look through boxes to find them.. I received a call telling me that they found them and they would be held for 48 hours for me! What great customer service! Thank you Cleo!

Great experience at Cleo’s. Shopping with my mother 86. Olivia the saleswoman was awesome. Paid attention to what my mother wanted. Had my mom sit down and Olivia brought clothes to her that she thought she would like. We were very impressed with this young lady. Compassionate and respectful. Wonderful shopping experience 💐

I've only been shopping at Cleo for a few months. Not sure why I waited so long! I love their styles. The clothes fit perfectly. The store at the Pen Centre has a fantastic salesperson who has helped me several times. Cleo sends me regular email about upcoming sales which are very helpful. I also like that their website shows different ways to style their clothes.
