When I inquired about storing my things here , Aaron was very helpful and showed me different units , wasn't pushy, and very accommodating. I've had my things in storage here for over a year and would recommend this storage facility.

Very happy with my experience with this company. The owner met with me, after hours on a Sunday and allowed me to view several storage units. He gave me a larger unit for the price of a smaller one. Since then there have been no issues with any of my belongings. The staff is very attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for everything!

Have been using a storage container in their north lot for about 3 years. Never had any issues. The staff have always been friendly and understanding. Rent was reasonable. I had a large unit, 15'×10'. I emptied my unit today. Said my thanks and good luck to the owner. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give it less than a one star I would. We rented a shipping container from Classic Self Storage - Storage unit G-11 and one week after we moved our items in our storage container got broken into. (nothing was stolen- whoever broke in only half opened one of two boxes). We recently bought a house and moved our items out of the shipping contain a couple days ago to find that 95% of our furniture was ruined from water damage and mold- approximately $3,000 dollars worth of furniture damaged and have to be thrown out. Our mattress which was wrapped in plastic and tapped was covered in mold. After moving everything out of the shipping container, the bottom was just soaked and you can see the condensation on the ceiling of the shipping container. You can see where the shipping container was originally defected and clear indication they attempted to seal it. All our clothing that were in boxes had to be fully re-washed in hot water while other items had to be thrown out due to mold. All out kitchen plates, pots and pans that were wrapped in paper and boxed up were covered in mold. Sentimental items had to be thrown out, blankets (most likely need to be thrown out but will attempt to get them dry cleaned- no reason for us to spend money for that). The furniture we were planning on furnishing our first house with is now sitting in our garage unsalvageable. We now need to setup Junk Removal to come and collect these items. Had we known that our items would have been damaged prior to moving in, we would not have rented. If you're looking for a storage unit, I definitely do not recommend this company. I'm 100% sure goods from all over the world get shipped to North America via shipping containers and have ZERO issues and the goods are dry. There's absolutely no reason why our items should have gotten damaged. ***Stay away from this business and container G-11 otherwise you're furniture and items will be damaged by water and mold. I don't understand how a company who is well aware that their storage containers are defected can sell a service knowing the issues and take people's money. I write this review in detail to try and ensure that no one else ever comes across this experience. I was very calm and polite when I called the company however, they expressed no form of apology or care that our furniture got ruined or offering any sort of compensation. Rest assured this will be taken up with the Better Business Bureau.
