Absolutely the WORST customer services trying to sell most ridiculously expensive stuff. In this day and age, when online retailers are taking over the market - I wouldn’t be too sad to see Claire’s go, especially the one at the Pen Centre. To the sales/cashier woman who I met in the store today: keep that tone to yourself, get educated and try to be kind.

Brittany who did ear piercing have done pretty good job. No infections yet and great customer service and she is been working since she was teenager and now in her 30’s. She has lots of patience and was working alone and she was dealing patiently on the front counter and for ear piercing and she was making sure that she explains everything well. Great Customer Service provided by Brittany.

Got my ears pierced here about a year and a half ago. No infections of anything. Everything was fine the lady who did it was nice and she sanitized and everything the only thing is the price, almost 80$ to get both my ears pierced

Just took my 6 month old daughter to this location. First of all, the woman who brutally attempted doing anything to her was unsuccessful multiple times. The manager was standing around doing absolutely nothing in a perfectly coachable setting. Was wrong about all of the pricing, did not sanitize her hands, or the work area. Did not know where any of the tools or jewelry was. Before any actual piercing was done I removed my daughter from the completely unsafe and unsanitary environment. Also during the form submission told us and I quote to “just scroll to the bottom and accept it” which in my opinion is the most important thing to explain to someone following a piercing. I do not recommend this location for anything related to piercing. Public health will be notified.

This is a huge shout out to Zelda!!! I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced for the first time and Zelda made it the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible. She has a natural gift for customer interaction and she also made sure we understood all of the cleaning instructions. The other associates were very polite and were quick to make our appointment and cash us out. Thank you for the great experience!
