City South Pizza Niagara Falls

I previously left a 5-star review, but I had to remove it due to repeated issues over my last few orders. I always request thin crust with light cheese, but the instructions haven’t been followed. Today’s pizza was also too salty. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes of better consistency in the future.

I tried City South Pizza tonight and had a great experience. The ingredients were fresh, the pizza was generously topped with rich cheese and flavorful toppings, and everything tasted excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating. They even let me customize two pizzas with different toppings on each half. When they found out I was visiting the city, they kindly included plates and napkins at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

We ordered pizzas for a big party, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The highlight was definitely the Tandoori Paneer Pizza — it was absolutely delicious. The paneer was soft, fresh, and perfectly marinated with rich tandoori flavors. The balance of spices was just right, not overpowering, and it paired beautifully with the cheese and sauce. The crust was well-baked, crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the toppings were generous on every slice. All the pizzas arrived hot and fresh, which is impressive considering the large order. Everyone at the party loved the food, and the Tandoori Paneer pizza was the most talked-about item. I heard about this place, so I decided to give it a try. I ended up ordering the tandoori paneer and samosa poutine and they were amazing. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the staff were really welcoming especially Naaz who helped me with my order and made the whole visit feel even more special. Definitely a hidden gem worth stopping for, even if you’re from out of town.😊😊

I was visiting from a different city and stopped by to try something on the side, so I ordered the malai chaap and masala tandoori chaap. Honestly, it was a great decision. The malai chaap was creamy and full of rich flavour and the masala tandoori chaap had a nice smoky taste. Both were served hot and fresh, and the portions were satisfying. The staff were welcoming, which made the experience even better. This place definitely left a good impression, even for someone just passing through😊
